Please send the test samples to Hungary with DAP Budapest-VEIKI-VNL Ltd incoterms, with a truck that should be unloaded/loaded from above or by side, because we have forklift and crane, but no ramp.
In all cases, please indicate the responsible laboratory and the name of the contact person on the packages/documents.
Please send us any shipment for testing purpose arrives from a country outside the European Union directly to our lab and we will arrange the customs clearance at VEIKI location with our customs agent:

The necessary documents for our customs procedure:
- Transportation documents: CMR or Airwaybill or B/L and T1 (forwarding document)
- Packing list (NET and GROSS weight)
- Commercial invoice: with the real value of the goods and shall contain: 'Samples for tests reason, No commercial value, for customs purpose only' plus the freight cost which shall be indicated on the invoice.
- MTC (Mill Test Certificate): if the products have to be tariffed under the any HS code 72 or 73
Customs clearance and receiving the test items will be impossible without these documents together with their contents.
BIREG number will be needed for international freight operations subject to a license (CEMT or Bilat).
Receiving test samples for testing purpose by ATA Carnet is not accepted.
In case of return shipping we can send the sample only outside the EU, due to our special customs handling.
